We offer refunds on defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Refunds & Replacements
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and product type, we do not accept returns for:
• Used items
• Items without original condition
• Orders after 30 days of delivery
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Lost or Stolen Packages
